What kind of textile waste is used by Upvalued?

Most of the waste used by Upvalued is Pre Consumer waste. It includes dead stock, excess stocks or cut pieces from sofa and apparel manufacturers and local workshops. We also use some post consumer waste and plan to launch donation drives for the same.

 

Is the Textile Waste durable?

Absolutely. We only use high quality waste for our creations. Any washed out fabric is downcycled by Upvalued and not used in the product manufacting process.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Our ready products usually takes 8-10 business days to reach your address. Our Made to Order products delivery depends on the promptness of your response on design selection and complexity of the design.

We Upcycle factory waste into short limited edition collections. Recycle post consumer waste and post cutting scraps  into new fabrics to create season-less well finished garments made for longevity. What we waste is segregated and converted into accessories, soft furnishing products and paper to make our packaging or stationery products. All our pieces and fabrics are made with ethical production units and our packaging is designed to be plastic free.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All our items are made-to-order. We typically take 7-12 business days to process your order and an additional 2-3 days for shipping within India. For international orders, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

 

I NEED MY ORDER EARLIER THAN 7-12 DAYS, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes, depending on the style, size and the shipping pin and zip code. Please reach out to us on Whats App, Email or on Chat through our website before placing your order. COD is not available on urgent deliveries. 

 

DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP TO MAKE A PURCHASE?

No you don't, but we would love to get to know you!

Yes, we do! However this would depend on the style you'd like to customise along with further details on customisation required.

WHERE CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You'll receive an email and whatsapp message updates when your item is shipped with tracking details. Please ensure you provide the correct email address and phone number while placing your order. Do enable permission to send messages for whatsapp updates for a smoother experience. 

 

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

All our items are made-to-order due to which we don't refund on any items sold. However if you'd wish to return your item for store credit, you can drop us a line on upvalued@gmail.com with your return request along with any feedback for us to improve our product offering. Please note customized items cannot be returned. We don't offer exchanges or returns on International orders. We do not offer return pickups as the cost for the same is not included in our pricing. If you are not entirely happy with your order you can connect with the team on info@doodlage.in and send the product back to our studio address, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE STORE CREDIT FOR MY RETURN?

Upon receipt of the item and a quality check, we'll typically issue a store credit within 7-10 business days. You can use the coupon code while placing your next order with us. Coupon codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Why do you say that your products are one-of-a-kind?

The products are upcycled from a variety of textile waste that we receive. Thus, every product made by us is different from each other in some manner. The colour and texture of the bag that you receive may turn out to be slightly different from the photo that you see.
 

Are the products shown on website accurate?

All the products on our website are authentic and upcycled. We take immense efforts in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions. As these are upcycled, each product would be unique. Although the shades of blue might change, the design and features remain exactly the same.


How can I find out about the details about the products?

When you click on the product URL that you like, you will be taken to the Product Page. All the required details of the products like dimensions, material used, etc. are mentioned under “technical specifications” of the product page. On this page, you will also find care, washing Instructions, end-of-life, etc.



What is the general delivery time for the products?
 

We usually ship all our orders within 4-5 working days unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details. In a normal course, you should be receiving the product within 3-4 working days post-dispatch. In a rare event that the order cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances and situations beyond our control, you will be informed of the same within 2 working days of placing the order. Delivery time may also be subject to factors beyond our control included unexpected delays by our courier partners, unforeseen weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes, etc. In case of non-delivery within 10 working days of placing the order, please feel free to write to upvalued@gmail.com, and we shall ensure a prompt response.
 

How can I modify an order that I’ve already placed? Can I change the delivery address?

Get in touch with us at upvalued@gmail.com and we will do the best possible from our side.
 

What if my package is opened/tampered with?

If you feel that your package has been opened/tampered with, please don’t accept delivery and write to us immediately at upvalued@gmail.com. We will personally ensure that a new replacement is shipped soon with no additional cost to you.

 

What if my payment was successful and I have not received any confirmation email?

There may have been error/glitch on the payment gateway page or technical difficulties due to which the amount might be debited from your side but wouldn’t have been received by us yet. In this case, don’t worry. We request you to contact us via upvalued@gmail.com. We will resolve this once our bank receives the payment from your bank and process your order.


How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email from Upvalued confirming the order. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check you spam.



How to check the status of my order?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping details like tracking link and tracking number. 


Are there any shipping charges?
 
We offer free shipping pan India on Prepaid orders above Rs. 1,000.


Do you deliver all over India?
 
Yes, we deliver all over India. 

What if a wrong product is delivered?    

OOPS! This should not have happened in the first place. If the product sent to you is different than what you ordered, we request you to inform us as soon as you receive. Typically, within 2 days. We will replace the product on priority at our costs.
 

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellation request can be entertained only within 2 hours of placing the order. In case of cancellation requests before the products get dispatch, we may deduct any associated payment fees like payment gateway charges, etc. We will deduct the shipping charges in case of cancellations post dispatch.
