Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Delivery

  • Ready products from Online Shop are dispatched within 3-4 working days unless specifically mentioned on the website or communicated by Upvalued. Upvalued will communicate the shipping tracking number (AWB number) post dispatch. Normally, the product is delivered within 4-5 working days post dispatch. In a rare event of delays beyond our control, you may write to Upvalued for any support at upvalued@gmail.com.

  • Upvalued Made to Order products requires continuous collaboration between you and our designers. The time to create the product will depend on the promptness of your inputs and the complexities of design. Through our continuous interaction, you will be aware of the product readiness and dispatch date. Upvalued will communicate the shipping tracking number (AWB number) post dispatch. Normally, the product is delivered within 4-5 working days post dispatch. In a rare event of delays beyond our control, you may write to Upvalued for any support at upvalued@gmail.com.

  • The delivery time for your fabulous Upvalued products may be subject to factors beyond our control, such as unexpected delays by our courier partners, unforeseen weather conditions, natural calamities, or strikes.

 

Address Responsibility

Please ensure accuracy and completeness when providing delivery details. Upvalued will not assume responsibility for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, an additional shipping fee may be charged for reprocessing the delivery.

Order & Shipment Details

While customers can order multiple products in a single order, each order can contain details of a single shipment only. For shipments to multiple locations, kindly place separate orders.

Shipping Process

All shipping will be conducted through a courier agency contracted by Upvalued. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will promptly receive shipping details via your registered email/mobile number.

Shipping Locations

Our shipping services are currently restricted to India. For any orders outside India, contact us for a customized invoice.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer free shipping pan India on prepaid orders above Rs. 1,000. For Cash On Delivery orders, a separate COD fee will be applied during checkout.

Order Processing

Prepaid orders generally enjoy faster delivery compared to Cash On Delivery. Cash On Delivery products undergo verification via phone call before dispatch. Cash On Delivery is not applicable on Made to Order shipping.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the details. Additionally, a tracking link will be shared via email once the order is processed and dispatched.

Return Policy

At Upvalued, we are committed to providing you with exceptional products crafted with care and dedication. Our return policy is designed to ensure transparency and a seamless experience for our esteemed clientele.

The carbon footprints of returns are high due multiple shipping. We aim to minimize the returns in our continuous strive of being a Carbon Negative brand.

 

Quality Assurance

Enormous efforts have been invested to guarantee that each textile waste, when transformed into a fabulous creation, meets our stringent quality standards. It is imperative to note that waste is always limited and sometimes we replace a fabric with a similar colour based on availability. These slight change are expected and not manufacturing defect.

Size Accuracy

All product dimensions are meticulously detailed under product description page. We request you to please review it thoroughly before placing an order. Please be advised that returns cannot be accepted for issues related to size or errors in judgement.

Return for Manufacturing Defects

Return request should be initiated within 3 days of product delivery. We will get in touch with you after your refund return request. We will understand the nature of defect and the return will be confirmed after our call. In the event of any manufacturing defect, Upvalued will offer 2 options:

  • Store Credit/Cashback for a mutually agreed value. You will get to keep the product as well. This will avoid the carbon impact of the return.

  • Facilitate a full refund for the product cost. The refund process will be completed within 15 days of receiving the defective product.

Return for Made to Order Products

Made to Order products are created as per your preferred colours, patters and fabrics. We do not accept any returns on these products.

​

Return Requirements

For a return to be processed, the item(s) must be unused, in the original condition as received, and packaged in the original packaging.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Any cancellation request can be entertained only within 2 hours of placing the order. We may deduct fees like payment gateway charges, etc from the returned value.
